1. Our Service

  • We provide online courses, videos, practice quizzes, and learning resources to help you prepare for the UK Driving Theory Test and the Life in the UK Test.
  • Our service is for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are processed securely through our chosen providers.
  • We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee if:
    • You request a refund within 3 days of purchase, and
    • You have not completed more than 20% of the course.
  • To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order number.
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.

3. Pass Guarantee

We are confident in our course. If you complete all lessons and quizzes but still fail the official test, we offer the following:

  • You must complete 100% of the course, including practice tests.
  • You must take the official test within 3 months of completing the course.
  • If you fail, send us proof (your official result) within 14 days.
  • At our discretion, we will either extend your course access at no cost or provide a partial refund (50%).
  • Only one claim per customer.

4. Digital Content and Cancellation

  • By starting the course immediately after purchase, you agree that your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations ends once digital access begins.
  • If you prefer to keep your 14-day right, do not start the course until the cooling-off period has passed.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You must not share your account or resell our content.
  • All course materials remain the property of Shuvro Jafor Ltd.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • While we work hard to keep our content accurate, success depends on your own study and effort.
  • We are not responsible for technical issues outside our control (e.g. internet outages, payment processor errors).
